Welcome to Scopzi. By registering a workspace or accessing our client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Service
Scopzi provides a scope-creep firewall system, database tracking, messaging, invoice logging, and AI classification helpers.
- Workspace Owners: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and organization membership access.
- Client Access: Access to the client portal is granted specifically to authorize, reject, or comment on scope change orders, proposal approvals, and invoice tracking. Unauthorised usage of client portal tokens is strictly prohibited.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Workspace plans are billed on a subscription basis. In Phase 1, payments and billing states are tracked manually or via custom configuration. It is your responsibility to keep your account status in good standing to maintain workspace access.
3. AI Features & Classifications
Scopzi utilizes artificial intelligence adapters to suggest classifications (in-scope, out-of-scope, or goodwill) and automatically draft change orders based on client conversations.
- These outputs are drafts provided for your convenience. All final change orders and client-facing pricing communication must be reviewed and explicitly sent by a human member of your organization.
- Scopzi assumes no liability for incorrect classifications or automated pricing estimations.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scopzi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project disputes, unpaid client work, scope creep, or service interruptions.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
